As the owner of Greenidge Consulting, Pauline Greenidge is an expert who specializes in managing corporate disruption.  Pauline is the author of her recent book entitled “A Grand Dinner Party” Setting the Table for Employee Engagement Through Mergers and Acquisitions and also a gifted professional speaker.  Pauline has been privileged to work across several industries including education, professional services, manufacturing and oil and gas.

Due to an ever-changing global economy, mergers, acquisitions and divestures are occurring frequently and research shows that 70% of them fail.  Pauline helps business owners and executives navigate and manage the disruption these large-scale change events cause within their employee base. She brings outside expert objectivity to help executives and business owners maintain employee engagement and execution on critical business goals and objectives. Pauline brings over 15 years of corporate experience working with all levels of management including playing an instrumental role in employee engagement during the one of the largest energy mergers in Canadian history.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Lethbridge and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation from the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of Alberta.
